尤力克柠檬小种子离体培养研究

摘    要:就尤力克柠檬小种子离体培养技术进行了探讨,结果表明,尤力克柠檬小种子离体培养最佳的接种培养基为MS基本培养基;增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L NAA;生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA.

Abstract:In vitro culture of small seed of lemonCitrus limon(L.)Burm.f.]was carried out to establish a plant regeneration technique system in this study.The results indicated that the best inoculation medium was MS;the most appropriate proliferation medium was MS 0.5 mg/LBA 0.5 mg/L KT 0.1 mg/L NAA;the most suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L NAA.
