马岗鹅早期生长及体尺性状发育规律的研究

摘    要:为揭示马岗鹅的生长发育规律,挖掘马岗鹅的生长潜力,本研究通过测定马岗鹅0~12周龄的体重和体尺性状,并用Logistics、Von Bertalanffy和Gompertz 3种模型进行生长曲线拟合。结果表明:马岗鹅体重生长曲线最佳模型为Gompertz模型(R2=0.999),拐点周龄是4.31周龄,拐点体重是1459.01g,2~8周龄的周增重都在320 g以上,相对生长率都在16%以上,8周龄前为马岗鹅体重迅速增长时期。胸深、龙骨长、颈长的最佳拟合模型为Gompertz,拐点周龄分别为0.65、3.71、2.28周龄;体斜长、半潜水长的最佳拟合模型为Von Bertalanffy,拐点周龄分别为0.53、0.47周龄;胸宽、骨盆宽、胫长、胫围的最佳拟合模型为Logistic,拐点周龄分别为3.81、1.39、0.91、0.51周龄;7周龄前为马岗鹅体尺性状迅速增长时期。本研究结果可为马岗鹅的生产和饲养管理提供理论指导。

Studies on the Rule of Early Growth and Development of Body Traits of Magang Goose

Abstract:In order to reveal the law of growth and development and explore the growth potential of Magang goose, This study measured body weight and body size traits of Magang goose at 0~12 weeks. Growth curve fitting was performed by body weight and body size traits using Logistics, Von Bertalanffy and Gompertz models respectively. The results showed that the best growth curve model of body weight was Gompertz model(R2=0.999), the growth inflexion of time was 4.31 w, the growth inflexion of body weight was 1459.01 g, the weight gain of 2~8 weeks was more than 320 g, and the relative growth rate was more than 16%, the period of rapid weight growth of Magang goose was before 8 weeks. The best growth curve model of Chest deep, Keel length, Neck length was Gompertz model, the growth inflexion of time was0.65 w, 3.71 w, 2.28 w respectively. The best growth curve model of Body length, Semi-submersible length was Von Bertalanffy model, the growth inflexion of time was 0.53 w, 0.47 w respectively. The best growth curve model of Chest width, Pelvis width, Tibia length, Shank circumference was Logistic model, the growth inflexion of time was 3.81 w, 1.39 w, 0.91 w, 0.51 w respectively, the period of rapid growth of body size traits of Magang goose was before 7 weeks. The results of this study can provide theoretical guidance forthe production and breeding management of Magang geese.
