摘    要:采集开花期、结实期和往年生结实期柠条,分别揉碎、切碎和粉碎。用3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管绵羊测定柠条消化率和瘤胃降解率。用81只大尾寒羊,按随机区组设计分为9组,进行饲养试验。结果表明:结实期柠条粗蛋白含量高达16.16%,较开花期高14.29%,较往年生老枝高93.76(%P<0.01);中性洗涤纤维含量46.08%,较开花期低38.30%,较往年生老枝低55.88%;结实期揉碎柠条养分有效降解率、消化率、采食率、日增重等指标明显优于其他处理(P<0.01),说明以结实期刈割当年生柠条、揉碎加工饲用价值最好。

Abstract:Samples of Caragana korshinskii at blooming,seedpod stage and old branch of seedpod were selected and processed by rubbing,shattering and cutting.Three sheep with permanent rumen fistula were used to study the rumen degradability and digestibility.Eighty-one sheep with similar bodyweight and years were chosen and randomly allocated into nine treatments groups according to a completed randomized block design to study the effect on average daily gain.Results showed that the contents of CP at seedpod stage were 16.16%,higher 14.29% and 93.76% than blooming stages and old branch of seedpod stage respectively,the contents of NDF at seedpod stage were 46.08%,lower 38.30% and 55.88% than blooming stages and old branch of seedpod stage respectively.The rumen effective degradability,digestibility,intake and daily gain(180 g/sheep) of rubbing seedpod branch were higher significantly than other treatments.Caragana korshinskii were cut at seedpod stage and be processed by rubbing could be used effectively.
