提高苹果试管苗生根效应的研究

摘    要:经不同生长素、不同浓度的比较试验、筛选出苹果试管苗生根培养的适宜生长素IBA和适宜浓度0.3mg/l或IBA0.3mg/l+NAA0.1mg/l、IBA0.15mg/l+NAA0.15/l双步生根法的综合生根效应优于直接生根培养。采用双步生根法生长素的浓度以IBA1.0mg/l最佳。

Abstract:Being compared among concentrations of different plant hormones in this experiment, 0.3mg/1 IBA, 0.3mg/1 IBA+0.1mg/1 NAA or 0.15mg/1 IBA+0.15mg/1 NAA were selected for better root treatment of apple varieties Fuji, Jonagold and other varieites in vitro. It is also shown that 2 step root method is more efficient and practical than direct root method, but 1.0mg/1 IBA is needed for best root result.
