民猪、哈白猪肌肉和骨在饥饿和补偿状态下的抵抗力和补偿力

此项实验结果表明,正常饲养情况下,哈白猪的半胴肌从30公斤体重开始,逐渐大于民猪,到50公斤体重以后则绝对优于民猪。在骨长度方面,民猪的后肢骨和荐尻尾椎在30、50和70公斤体重阶段都优于哈白猪。在骨重量方面,两品种三阶段均无显著差异。从30公斤饥饿到50公斤体重阶段,民猪在肌肉重、骨重和骨长度方面,对饥饿的抵抗力非常明显地强于哈白猪。当饥饿组从50公斤恢复正常饲养到70公斤体重时,民猪骨重的补偿力低于哈白猪;脊柱长的补偿力也低于哈白猪;肌肉重的补偿力有低于哈白猪的趋势。

MIN AND HARBIN WHITE PIGS MUSCLE AND BONE GROWTH IN A STATE OF RESTRICTED FEEDING AND REALIMENTATION

When fed ad libitum,the weight of total side muscle(TSM)of Harbin White pigs(H)was progressing greater than that of Northeast Min pigs(M) zrom 30 kg live weight and definitely superior to M after 50 kg,in length the bone of fourlimbs and the sacrum with the croup coccygeal vertebrae of M all predominanted over those of H at 30,50 and 70 kg ranges.There was no sig-nificant difference between the two breeds in weight of bone at three weights.From 30 to 50 kg,the resistance to restricted feeding of M in weights of muscle groups,length and bones were obviously stronger than those of H. After restricted feeding was replaced by ad libitum from 50 to 70 kg,com- pensation ability of bone and vertebral column,weights of M lower than that of H.As for muscle groups,there was a trend to be lower than H.
