| 摘 要： | 科学技术是第一生产力,自主创新是第一竞争力.我国要实现现代化,必须加快农业机械科学技术创新和机制创新.为此,通过分析我国农业机械化科技发展存在的问题及其产生的原因,指出了"加快农业机械化科技体制的创新,强化农机科技推广及对外交流与合作,建立开放型的人才管理制度"是实现农业机械化科技发展的基本途径.
