摘    要:通过砂滤管培养试验,针对几种有机物料的不同分解时期,研究了土壤酶活性的变化特征。结果发现未腐解有机物在土壤中。许多种酶活性的高峰值主要出现在45~95d之间,这对于研究有机质在土壤中的转化过程具有重要意义。试验结果还发现泥炭除对磷酸酶活性有促进作用外,测定的其它几种酶活性几乎都不高于对照。

Abstract:The characteristics of soil enzyme activity variation in different de-composing periods of several kinds of organic material applied irto soil are studied by means of a culture test in sand filters. Tte results show the peak values of activity of many kinds of enzyme appear chiefly during 45-95 days. This is of great significance to the research of soil organic matter transformation procedure. The results also show that peat does not advance the activity of soil enzyme except the activity of phosphatase compared with the control.
