摘    要:通过对重庆市茶叶研究所基地种植的7个茶叶品种干旱胁迫下叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性、过氧化物酶(POD)酶活性及体内羟自由基含量的对比试验和动态分析,表明SOD和POD在干旱胁迫下,均表现出“先升后降”的变化趋势,茶树体内羟自由基含量则随干旱胁迫的进程而增加。发现初始的SOD活性高和高温干旱胁迫诱导的SOD活性高的茶树品种,在轻度高温干旱胁迫下具有较低的POD活性,而在严重高温干旱胁迫下,则具有较高的POD活性,且体内的羟自由基含量相对其它品种较低;反之亦然。

Abstract:In this experiment the seven tea varieties were dealt with the drought in the planting base of Tea Research Institute of Chongqing .The activity of SOD,POD and the quantity of ?OH were mensurated in the tea mature leaf, and the contrastive and dynamic analyse were carried .It is clear that the changers of activity of SOD,POD have a trend of first increase and following decrease in drought stress. It is also discovered that the tea variety with the higher of the beginning and derivational under the drought activity of SOD takes on the low activity of POD in light drought and the high activity of POD in high drought and has lesser quantity of ?OH. So dose the contrary.
