摘 要: | 目的]分析花生粕的营养组成及各成分含量。方法]采用现时的国家标准方法测定花生粕的水分、粗蛋白、黄酮、粗脂肪和氨基酸含量。结果]花生粕中水分含量为10.69%,粗蛋白质含量为45.42%,黄酮含量为1.12%,粗脂肪含量为1.04%;总氨基酸含量为39.65%,其中必需氨基酸含量为10.85%。结论]花生粕是一类富含蛋白质的食品资源。

Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to analyze the nutritional composition and the contents of various component in the peanut meal.Method] The water,crude protein,flavonoid,crude fat and amino acids were determined by the current national standard method.Result] The content of the water in the peanut meal was 10.69%,that of the crude protein was 45.42%,that of the flavonoid was 1.12% and that of the crude fat was 1.04%.The total content of the amino acids was 39.65%,in which the content of the essential amino acids was 10.85%.Conclusion] The peanut meal was a kind of food resource with rich protein. |
