摘    要:目的]获得一种基于黄原胶-蒙脱土的新型复合保水剂材料。方法]以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法使黄原胶与丙烯酸发生接枝共聚反应,将所得聚合物进一步与蒙脱土复合制备出目标材料,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱对其特征基团进行表征,并使用扫描电镜观察材料表面微观结构。结果]在50℃条件下,单独使用该复合材料8 h后保水率为53.7%,而与沙土混合后的保水率为65.2%。结论]该保水剂具有显著抑制水分挥发的能力,且在沙土中恒温条件下的保水能力进一步增强。

Study on Water Retention Properties of Novel Composite Material Based on Xanthan Gum and Montmorillonite

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to obtain a novel water retention agent based on xanthan gum and montmorillonite.Method] Xanthan gum was grafted copolymerization with acrylic acid using solution polymerization and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinker,and then mixed with montmorillonite to meet the target composite material.And FT-IR was used to characterize the groups in the material and the morphology was determined using SEM.Result] The water retaining rate was 53.7% solely and 65.2% mixed with sand after 8 h in conditions of constant temperature of 50 ℃.Conclusion] The water-retaining agent has remarkable inhibition ability on water loss,and water retention properties in sandy soil are enhanced under constant temperature.
