摘    要:目的]确定球孢白僵菌分生孢子可湿性粉剂的最佳配方。方法]以高效杀蚜球孢白僵菌Bb2860菌株纯孢粉(含孢量为1.20×1011个/g)为研究对象,通过逐一筛选法确定载体、润湿剂、分散剂和紫外保护剂的种类和用量,并按国家标准进行制剂质量指标测定。结果]可湿性粉剂配方为球孢白僵菌分生孢子粉10.0%,分散剂MorwetD-425 1.0%,润湿剂MF-5 3.0%,紫外保护剂抗坏血酸0.3%,填料硅藻土85.7%。指标测定结果为活孢率94.44%,润湿时间89.2 s,有效成分悬浮率95.11%,含水量1.50%,98.50%通过200目标准筛,pH 6.8。结论]该配方制剂各项指标均符合国家标准,为蚜虫生物防治产品的开发奠定了基础。

Screening of the Formula for Wettable Powder of Beauveria bassiana with Conidia

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to confirm the optimal formula of wettable powder of Beauveria bassiana with conidia.Method] Taking the pure spore powder of B.bassiana 2860(conidia content is 1.20×1011/g)as the research object,which have the activity of killing aphid,the types and amount of carrier,wetting agent,dispersant and UV protectant were determined with the one by one screening method,and quality index was evaluated according to the national standard.Result] The optimal formulation were as follows:the content conidium of Bb2860,dispersing agent MorwetD-425,wetting agent MF-5,UV protection agents Vc,filler diatomite were 10.0%,1.0%,3.0%,0.3% and 85.7%,respectively.The quality detection showed that the germination rate of conidia was 94.44% and the dispersion time was 89.2 s,and the suspension rate of effective component was 95.11%,and the moisture content was 1.50%,the ratio transiting standard test sieve with 200 meshes was 98.50% and pH was 6.8.Conclusion] The indexes of the formulation meet the national formulations standard,which lay the foundation for the development of B.bassiana biological control products.
