基于模糊三角数的农业机械化水平评价

首先分析了农业机械化水平的主要影响因素,认为农业机械化水平影响因素主要有3个方面,分别是反映农业机械化在农业生产中实际作用的农业机械化作业程度、反映农业综合发展能力的农业机械化综合保障能力及实施农业机械化后带来的农业机械化综合效益。根据农业机械化水平评价中的不确定性和模糊性,运用模糊互补判断矩阵确定指标权重,并利用模糊三角数刻画群体专家评价的保守值和乐观值,给出一种基于模糊三角数的农业机械化水平评价方法,指出三角模糊的农业机械化水平评价过程有4个步骤,分别为信息采集、确定因素权重、模糊信息处理、评价并反馈。最后,结合县实际情况制定农业发展规划,聘请农业科学研究所及相关专家采用百分制对该县农业机械化发展水平进行评价,计算该县农业机械化水平隶属于评价标度的隶属度。根据最大隶属度原则得到该县农业机械化水平为高,即表示经过多年的农机推广,该县城的农业机械化水平高,具有一定的机械化能力。

Evaluation on the Agricultural Mechanization Level BaSed on the Triangular Fuzzy Number

Main influencing factors of agricultural mechanization level were analyzed firstly,it hold that the influencing factors of agricultural mechanization level were mainly 3 aspects,namely,reflected the agricultural mechanization work degree of agricultural mechanization in agricultural production,reflected the agricultural mechanization comprehensive guarantee ability of agricultural comprehensive development ability and agricultural mechanization comprehensive benefits after agricultural mechanization implemention.Based on the uncertainty and fuzziness of agricultural mechanization level evaluation,using fuzzy complementation to judge matrix and confirm indexes weights,moreover,using triangular fuzzy number to depict conservative value and optimistic value evaluated by group experts,the evaluation methods for agricultural mechanization level based on triangular fuzzy number were given out,and it pointed out 4 steps in the evaluation process of agricultural mechanization level based on triangular fuzzy number,namely information collection,indexes weights determination,fuzzy information processing and evaluation and feedback.Finally,combining with the actual situation of some county,the development plan of agriculture was formulated,and Agriculture Research Institutes and related experts were invited to evaluate agricultural mechanization level using hundred-mark system and calculate agricultural mechanization level of the county belongs to membership of evaluation scale.Based on maximum membership principle,it achieved that the agricultural mechanization level of the county was high,in other words,based on the popularization of agricultural mechanization for many years,the agricultural mechanization level of the county was high and had certain mechanization ability.
