| 摘 要： | 阐述了实行新型农村合作医疗制度的意义,分析了新型农村合作医疗制度中存在的问题,并提出改进对策:加强宣传推广力度,提高农民参加新型农村合作医疗的积极性;改善农村医疗基础设施,引进与培养专业卫生人才;改革现有报销制度,加强医药监管工作;完善新型农村合作医疗制度立法建设,提高医疗制度建设水平。

| Abstract: | The significance of implementation of new rural cooperative medical care system was expounded,and the problems in it were analyzed,finally,the countermeasures were proposed,namely,strengthening the propaganda,improving the enthusiasm of participating in new rural cooperative medical care system;improving rural medical infrastructure,introducing and culturing health professionals;reforming the existing expense system,enhancing medical supervision;perfecting the legislation construction of new rural cooperative medical care system,improving the level of medical system construction. |
