摘 要: | ![]() [目的]测定黄花菜中微量元素的含量。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对黄花菜中7种金属元素(K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn)含量进行测定。[结果]黄花菜中K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn含量分别为14 118.75、27 480.83、1 212.08、479.58、23.54、18.75、45.88μg/g。该方法的加标回收率为94.56%~114.23%。[结论]黄花菜中含有丰富的与健康密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的食用和药用价值。

Abstract: | ![]() [Objective] The aim was to determine the contents of trace elements in H.fulva.[Methods] The contents of 7 metallic elements in H.fulva were determined using FAAS.[Result] The contents of K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn in H.fulva were 14118.75,27480.83,479.58,23.54,18.75 and 45.88 μg/g,respectively,and the recovery of standard addition was among 94.56%-114.23%.[Conclusion] There were most trace elements in H.fulva which were closely related to health,thus it has higher edible and medicinal value. |
