中药复方制剂抗猪流感病毒作用的研究

[目的]探讨中药复方制剂(金银花、连翘、薄荷、牛蒡子、桔梗、甘草、淡竹叶、淡豆豉)对感染猪流感病毒小鼠的保护作用。[方法]猪流感病毒感染小鼠4 h后给药,以死亡率、平均存活时间、肺指数、肺指数抑制率、血凝滴度、脾脏指数、胸腺指数为评价指标,观察中药复方制剂在小鼠体内的抗流感病毒作用。[结果]中药复方制剂能降低流感病毒感染小鼠的死亡率(P0.01),延长小鼠的存活时间(P0.01),降低肺指数(P0.01),降低血凝滴度(P0.01),增加胸腺指数(P0.01)。[结论]该中药复方制剂具有良好的抗猪流感病毒作用。

Study on the Inhibiting Effects of Chinese Compound Recipe on Swine Influenza Virus

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the antiviral activity of Chinese compound recipe(honeysuckle,forsythia,mint,burdock son,balloon flower,liquorice,light bamboo leaves,SSP) on mice infected with swine influenza virus.[Methods] Mice infected with swine influenza virus were treated with 4 h after infection,taking mortality,the mean survival time,lung index,lung index inhibitory rate,hemagglutination tite,spleen index and the thymus index as evaluation indexes,to observe the antiviral effect of Chinese compound recipe on anti-influenza virus in the body of mice.[Result] Chinese compound recipe can reduced the mortality of mice(P<0.01),prolonged the survival time of mice(P<0.01),reduced lung index(P<0.01),reduced hemagglutination tite(P<0.01),increased the thymus index(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Chinese compound recipe have good anti-influenza virus effect.
