噬纤维菌和生孢噬纤维菌作为饲用蛋白质的综合评价

摘    要:探索噬纤维菌(Cytophaga)和生孢噬纤维菌(Sporocytophaga)作为单细胞蛋白的潜力,旨在开发非常规蛋白质饲料。通过大量收集哈氏噬纤维菌和生孢噬纤维菌的菌体,检测蛋白质和氨基酸含量,并采用胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶体外两步消化法测定菌体蛋白消化率。研究结果显示:哈氏噬纤维菌和生孢噬纤维菌的菌体蛋白质含量50%左右,必需氨基酸含量与酵母菌相当;用其发酵液喂养昆明小鼠30 d,没有表现出毒性;哈氏噬纤维菌菌体的消化率在90%以上,生孢噬纤维菌的消化率也在65%左右,均远远高于对照酵母菌,为最突出的特点。希望从高消化率方面为单细胞蛋白的开发打开新思路。
