黄芪传粉特性的研究

摘    要:目的]明确黄芪的传粉特性,为黄芪的品种选育和良种繁育提供依据。方法]以膜荚黄芪和蒙古黄芪为试材,采用异株异花授粉、自由授粉、同株异花授粉和套袋自花授粉4种授粉方式,研究黄芪的传粉特性。结果]4种授粉方式的膜荚黄芪的结实率差异明显,异株异花授粉、自由授粉、同株异花授粉、套袋自花授粉的平均结实率分别为81%、56%、1%、0,可见膜荚黄芪为异花授粉植物。不同授粉方式的蒙古黄芪的结实率差异也明显,异株异花授粉、自由授粉、同株异花授粉和套袋自花授粉的平均结实率分别为78%、54%、0、0,表明蒙古黄芪为异花授粉植物。结论]黄芪是自花不孕或自交不亲和的异花授粉植物。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to identify the pollination characteristic and provide a basis for the variety breeding and stock breeding of R.astragali. Method] With Muojia R.astragali and Menggu R.astragali as test materials, 4 pollination methods of cross pollination coming from different plant, open pollination, cross pollination in one plant and bagging self-pollination were adopted to study the pollination characteristic of R.astragali.Result] Seed setting rate of Muojia R.astragali had a significant difference among 4 pollination methods and the average seed setting rate of cross pollination coming from different plant, open pollination, cross pollination in one plant and bagging self-pollination were 81 %, 56 %, 1 %, 0 resp. it was evident that Muojia R.astragali was cross-pollinated plant. The seed setting rate of Menggu R.astragali varied obviously with different pollination method and the average seed setting rate of cross pollination coming different plant, open pollination, cross pollination in one plant and bagging self-pollination were 78%,54%,0 and 0 resp.,it indicated that Menggu R.astragali was cross-pollinated plant. Conclusion] R.astragali was cross-pollinated plant with self-sterility or self-incompatibility.
