熟地黄多糖对断奶仔猪抗氧化性能和免疫性能的影响

摘    要:
为探讨熟地黄多糖对断奶仔猪免疫性能和抗氧化性能的影响,选取体重相近的杜洛克×长白×大白25日龄断奶仔猪60头,随机分成对照和4个试验组,每组12头仔猪,分别喂给添加熟地黄多糖0、0.04%、0.08%、0.12%和0.16%的日粮。结果表明:各试验组血清丙二醛含量显著低于对照组,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著高于对照组,0.04%和0.16%熟地黄多糖组过氧化氢酶活性显著高于其他组,总抗氧化能力是随着熟地黄多糖添加量增加而逐渐升高。各组的血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM和IgG含量差异不显著;0.04%熟地黄多糖组血清乳酸含量降低最显著(34.9%);0.12%熟地黄多糖组的血清白蛋白和总蛋白含量最高(39.04g/L、59.82 g/L);各试验组的血清乳酸脱氢酶活性均低于对照组,0.16%熟地黄多糖显著提高血清溶菌酶活性(提高144.7%),而其他3个试验组对血清溶菌酶活性影响不显著。综上所述,熟地黄多糖能够显著提高断奶仔猪抗氧化性能以及血清白蛋白和总蛋白水平,以0.12%的添加量效果最好。

Abstract:
In order to investigate the effects of rehmannia polysaccharide(RP) on antioxidant capacity and immunity in weaned piglets,a total of sixty 25-day-old healthy weaned piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire),were randomly divided into five groups: control and four test groups,which were fed on the diets added with RP of 0,0.04%,0.08%,0.12% and 0.16% respectively.The results were as follows.The serum malondialdehyde contents in four test group piglets were significantly lower than that of control.The serum glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were significantly higher than those of control.The hydrogen peroxidecatalase in piglets with 0.04% and 0.16% RP supplement were significantly higher than those of other groups.The total antioxidant activities in piglets increased as RP supplement more.The serum immunoglobulins A,M and G were not significantly affected by RP.The serum lactate concentration in piglets with 0.04% RP supplement reduced the most(34.9%).The serum albumin and total protein contents in piglets with 0.12% RP supplement were the highest(39.04 g/L、59.82 g/L).The serum lactate dehydrogenase contents of test groups were less than that of control.The serum lysozyme activity increased significantly in piglets with of 0.16% RP supplement.It dictated that adding RP in diets was good for the improvement of antioxidant capacity and serum albumin and total protein,and adding 0.12% RP was the most effective.
