硫酸铜对小麦根尖细胞的遗传毒性

摘    要:为了研究硫酸铜对小麦根尖细胞的遗传毒性,用常规染色体压片技术,观察硫酸铜胁迫下小麦根尖细胞有丝分裂的变化。结果表明,处理时间相同时,随硫酸铜浓度的增大,小麦根尖细胞有丝分裂指数和微核率均呈先升后降的趋势,而染色体畸变率呈逐渐升高的趋势;硫酸铜浓度相同时,随处理时间延长,小麦根尖细胞有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率均逐渐升高。说明硫酸铜对小麦具有明显的遗传毒性,且表现为明显的剂量效应和时间效应。

Abstract:Genetic toxicity of CuSO4 to wheat root tip cells was studied. The mitotic index, micronucleus frequency and chromosome aberration rate of wheat root tip cells were investigated. The results showed that under the same processing time, the mitotic index and micronucleus frequency of wheat root tip cells increased at first and then decreased, and the chromosome aberration rate increased as the increase of CuSO4 concentration. Under the same CuSO4 concentration, the mitotic index, micronucleus frequency and chromosome aberration rate of wheat root tip cells increased as the increase of processing time. CuSO4 produced genetic toxicity on wheat root tip cells, and displayed evident dosage and time effect.
