西瓜枯萎病生防细菌的筛选

摘    要:从6个土壤标本中分离得15个细菌菌株,其中B11、B14、B19、B24等4个菌株为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.),它们对西瓜枯萎病菌有较强的抑制作用。经室内和田间初步防治试验测定,它们对西瓜枯萎病有较好的防治效果。

Abstract:Fifteen bacteria strains were obtained from isolating six soil samples.Four strains (B11,B14,B19 and B24) are Bacillus sp.They show high antagonistic effect against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melons.These strains were used as a biocontrol agent against watermelon wilt in the greenhouse and field,and they showed good effects of control.
