拖拉机故障监测诊断的微机应用技术

摘    要:
通过对拖拉机室内在线故障监测诊断中微机应用技术研究,建立了拖拉机室内在线状态监测及故障诊断的计算机控制系统,利用计算机对中小型拖拉机实施可靠性试验并进行连续的监测和记录其运行状态,分析,判断是否出现障碍,确定故障的种类,部位,程度和原因,并预测故障的发现和潜在危险,以采取相应措施和对策,实际试验表明,系统运行稳定,设计技术先进,对农机室可内靠性试验而言,有较大的实用价值和经济意义。

Abstract:
In this paper, a research on techniques of microcomputer applications to on line faults monitoring and diagnosis of an indoor tractor was carried out. New techniques, such as CAT (Computer Aided Test), the dynamic analysis of signals, model identification, fault diagnosis, artificial intelligence as well as specialist system are applied to the indoor reliability test of small medium tractors and the analysis of data of the tests. A computer control system of on line state monitoring and fault diagnosis of indoor tractors is developed. Computer is adopted to not only the indoor reliability test of small medium tractors but also the continuous monitoring and record of their running state. Fault judging and analysis are also done by computer. By using computer we are then able to determine the kind, the position, the degree and the cause of the fault. In the meantime, computer forecasts the further going and latent danger of the fault, so that appropriate measure and strategy can be taken. The result of the research shows that the system runs stably and the techniques are advanced. To reliability tests in indoor agricultural machineries, the techniques are both practical and of great economics values.
