摘    要:运用多种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据对其鉴定,以研究苗药抱石莲(Lepi-dogrammitis drymoglossoide(Bak.)Ching)的化学成分。结果表明,从该植物中首次分离鉴定了6个酚酸化合物和1个甾体化合物,分别为4-羟基苯甲酸(1)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(2)、3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯(3)、咖啡酸(4)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(5)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(6)和胡萝卜苷(7)。

Abstract:The chemical constituents from Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoide(Bak.) Ching were isolated and purified by Column chromatography techniques.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis and physio-chemical properties.Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(1),esculetin(2),3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester(3),caffeic acid(4),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(5),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic formaldehyde(6),and daucosterol(7).Conclusively,all compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
