车辆底盘球关节的设计研究

摘    要:球关节广泛应用于车辆底盘转向,悬架系统,连接两个有较大相对转动、摆动的部件;典型的产品为转向拉杆球关节,连接杆球关节,控制臂球关节等.球关节一般属于安全件,或安装在关键的部位,其失效往往是由于隐性的,细节中的设计不当造成的;针对球关节的特征,分析、研究了其关键失效模式,为球关节的设计和应用提供了相关依据.

Abstract:Ball joint is applied widely on suspension, steering system of vehicle chassis, in order to connect two components within big relative revolved angles; ball joints of tie rod, anti-roll bar link, controlling arm are instance. Ball joint is usually defined safety part or located in critical area, and its failure is usually cased by implicit or improper details of the design. Based on ball joint characteristic, ball joint failure is analyzed and studied, the theory of ball joint design and application on vehicle chassis system are offered.
