摘    要:设计了一种基于并联机构的空间多维振动筛,其主体机构是一种有两转动两平移四个自由度的并联机构.该振动筛具有结构刚度大、承载能力强、惯性小、透筛效率高以及实现物料分层筛分等优点.根据振动筛筛面的运动轨迹要求,本文运用单开链单元综合法,由并联机构的运动输出特征矩阵及拓扑结构,完成了并联机构的型式设计,并采用拉格朗日方法和运动影响系数方法对该并联机构的动力学进行了分析.

Abstract:The parallel mechanism for vibrating screen with one translational and two rotational degrees of freedom is designed. The vibrating screen has the advantages of strong stiffness of structure, load carrying capacity, small inertia, high screening efficiency and good material stratification. The parallel mechanism for vibrating screen is designed by the output motion matrix and topological structure with the single-opened chain synthesis method. The dynamical analysis is based on the Lagrange method and the kinematic influence coefficient method.
