摘    要:采用室内培养法研究温度与不同有机肥对土壤溶解性有机质(DOM)含量的影响。结果表明:培养温度升高,DOM含量升高。15℃时DOM几乎无变化,25、30℃时可升高120.0%~870.8%,DOM变幅随着增加。有机肥类型也影响DOM含量。其中,沼渣处理含量最高,其次是牛粪处理,秸秆处理含量较低,有机肥类型对DOM变幅无显著性影响。

Abstract:Effects of temperature and type of organic fertilizer on content of soil DOM were investigated by indoor experiment in the present work.The results showed that content of DOM rose with the increase of the culture temperature.Nearly,no change of DOM content was observed in 15℃,and increased by 120.0%~870.8% in 25℃ and 30℃.Organic fertilizer types also affected DOM content.Among the tested types,the highest DOM content was obtained from biogas residue treatment,followed by cattle manure.Application of organic fertilizer gave no significant effects on DOM contents.
