数控挠槽机工作台升降蜗杆传动系统的设计

摘    要:转向器阀套是汽车转向机构中的重要零件,在其制造过程中,加工阀套孔内圆弧底盲槽的工序是转向器阀套制造中的关键技术,传统的制造方法由于加工工艺及设备问题均存在着不足,需要设计专用机床来实现对阀套孔内圆弧底盲槽的加工.数控挠槽机作为加工转向器阀套中圆弧底盲槽的专用加工设备,在设计该机床过程中,为实现机床中工作台的升降和自锁功能,提出了蜗杆传动系统设计方案,并通过该蜗杆传动系统的参数设计,满足了挠槽机的工作性能要求.

Abstract:The diverter valve casing is the important part in the automobile steering mechanism. In its manufacturing process, the working procedure of processing the circular arc bottom blind grooves in the valve casing hole is the key technology. The traditional manufacture methods of the circular arc bottom blind grooves have deficiencies due to the problems in processing craft and the equipment. The NC scratching grooves machine is a special-purpose equipment to process the circular arc bottom blind trough in the diverter valve casing. To realize the work table lifting and the self-locking function in the machine, the worm drive system design plan is proposed in the process of machine design. And through parameter design of this worm drive system, it realizes the work performance of the scratching grooves machine.
