生态文明背景下广州中心城区滨水公园更新策略

城市中心区滨水公园是绿地系统的重要组成，是承载城市记忆，为市民提供亲水、休闲、娱乐功能的场所。广州的滨水公园在2000年后曾经历各种升级改造，但均未形成可持续的生态与景观效果。以流花湖公园品质化提升为例，探讨城市滨水公园在防洪排涝的前提下如何兼顾历史延续、景观营造和生态持续。项目首次采用了园林、水利、市政等多部门协同合作的方式，提出了有序列地全面打开公园围墙，循序渐进地构建全园清水型生态系统，以尊重历史为原则的全园建筑整改，以及结合市民情感需求打造流花十景等策略，使一个封闭、衰退的老公园重新焕发新活力。

Renewal Strategies of Waterfront Park in the Guangzhou Central City under the Background of Ecological Civilization

The waterfront park in city center is an important component of green space system, which is a place to carry the city memory and provide the citizens with the functions of hydrophilic, leisure and entertainment. The waterfront parks in Guangzhou have undergone various upgrading since 2000, but none of them has achieved sustainable ecological and landscape effects. Taking the quality improvement of Liuhua Lake Park as an example, this paper discusses how to take into account the historical continuity, landscape construction and ecological continuity of urban waterfront park under the premise of flood control and drainage. For the first time, the project adopts the cooperative approach of garden, water conservancy, municipal and other departments, and put forward the strategies of opening the park wall in sequence, gradually building the clean water ecosystem of the whole park, reforming the whole park building in accordance with the principle of respecting the history, and creating ten scenes of Liuhua Lake according to the emotional needs of citizens, so as to renew the vitality of the closed and declining old park.
