| 摘 要： | 大学图书馆的生态化既是大学教育生态化的要求,也是图书馆自身发展的必然选择。图书馆生态化包括图书馆内部环境、内外部环境的生态化及图书馆发展目标、途径的生态化,教育生态学的限制因子定律、耐度与最适度原则、累加效应原理等理论为图书馆工作提供了新的视角,图书馆应遵循耐度定律、最适度原则,摆脱限制因子的束缚,重视生态分化,强化图书馆生态系统整体效应,从教育生态链法则反思图书馆工作。
