低速风洞测控系统的改进与提高

摘    要:风洞是在按一定的要求设计的管道系统内,采用动力装置驱动可控制的气流,根据运动的相对性和相似性原理进行各种气动力实验的设备。为此,对JDDF1400低速风洞测控系统进行了综合介绍。研究改造后的JDDF1400风洞测控系统采用智能控制技术,提高了测控系统的精度。该测控系统主要由风速控制系统、姿态控制系统构成,软硬件功能齐全,便于操作。

Abstract:The wind tunnel is in presses the certain request design in the piping system, uses air current which the power unit actuation may control, carries on each kind of aerodynamic force experiment according to the movement relativity and the similar principle the equipment. Measurement and control system of JDDF1400 low speed wind tunnel is introduced. It adopts the technology of intelligence control. The precision of control and measurement system is improved. The system is made of wind velocity control system, model attitude angle control system. With the high quality hardware and software, the system has the high performance, and can be operated easily.
