| Abstract: | The concept,distribution and kinds of cold-tolerant bacteria were introduced.The cold-adaptation mechanism of cold-tolerant bacteria was explained in main aspects of cell structure,metabolism level and regulation mechanism and the application status of cold-tolerant bacteria in sewage treatment was summarized. |
