| 摘 要： | 林业灾后救助必须符合林业资源本身的特点,而资金救助是最能有效恢复林业生产的途径之一.探讨林业灾后资金救助的立法必要性以及如何通过法律手段来规范林业灾后资金救助,包括如何规范林业灾后财政救助、保险救助、社会捐赠和国际救助. |

| Abstract: | Forestry disaster funds relief must be consistent with the characteristics of forestry resources,and then the relief funds is one of the most effective way to restore forestry production.This paper discussed the necessity of legislation in forestry disaster funds relief and how to regulate forestry disaster funds relief by legal means,which included how to regulate finance relief,insurance relief,community donations and international relief. |
