| Abstract: | The paper discusses the relationships between the forestry and pulp and paper industry,s wellas the development of high-yield pulping,particularly thermomechanical pulping and chemithermo-mechanical pulping in China. Multiple uses of forest resources are highlighted.Recommendations are givenas how to improve the contribution of the forest industry to the development of China's pulp and paper in-dustrv. |
