糯玉米与普通玉米籽粒灌浆特点的对比研究

摘    要:以糯玉米品种TNX0807和普通玉米品种TN0846为研究对象,对鲜重、干重、籽粒含水率和灌浆速度等进行了对比研究。结果表明:参试品种的籽粒鲜重与授粉后的天数呈二次曲线关系,成熟的糯玉米籽粒鲜重较普通玉米小;二者的干重均随授粉后天数的增加呈曲线y=kJ(1+e^a-bx)规律增长。经曲线参数、籽粒干重增长规律和灌浆速度曲线分析表明,糯玉米品种表现出比普通玉米籽粒灌浆持续时间短、籽粒干重快速增长持续时间短、最大灌浆速度小等特点。籽粒含水誊随授粉后天数的增加均呈直线下降趋势,糯玉米品种与普通玉米比较,前者在灌浆中期的籽粒脱水速度较快。

Abstract:The fresh weight, dry weight, water content rate of kernel and kernel filling rate were studied comparatively between the two cultivars of the waxy maize TNX0807 and the normal maize TN0846. The results show that there was a parabola relationship between the fresh weight and the days after pollination, and they varied with different cultivars. The fresh weight of the waxy maize was smaller than that of the normal maize at maturity. The dry weight after pollination presented an "S-shaped" curve, which could be simulated by natural growth patterns. The parameters of equation, "S-shaped" curve and the curve of kernel filling rate showed that the filling stage and the rapid growth duration of dry weight in the waxy maize were shorter than those in the normal maize, and the maximum of kernel filling rate in the waxy maize was smaller than that in the normal maize. The water content rate of kernel decreased linearly after pollination, and it decreased faster in the waxy maize than in the normal maize at the mid-stage of kernel filling.
