基于LabVIEW的液压冲击器测试系统的设计

摘    要:为了简化液压冲击器性能检测方式,降低测试成本,基于LabVIEW软件和虚拟仪器开发了一个自动化测试系统。对测试系统的硬件和软件进行了设计,实现了数据采集、存储、分析和通信功能。对某型号的液压冲击器进行实验测试,通过采集的压力和流量信号得到了冲击频率和冲击能两个性能参数。进行对比试验,分析了输入流量对性能参数的影响。实验证明,该系统具备一定的可行性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to simplify the testing method of hydraulic impactor performance and reduce the testing cost,an automatic testing system is designed based on Lab VIEW software and virtual instrument.The hardware and software of the test system are designed,which realize the functions of data acquisition,storage,analysis and communication.The impact frequency and impact energy of a certain type of hydraulic impactor are obtained by the pressure and flow signals collected.The influence of input flow on performance parameters is analyzed through comparative experiments.Experiments show that the system has certain feasibility and reliability.
