| 摘 要： | 网络化和数字化技术的不断发展给高校图书馆的服务带来了空前的机遇和挑战，在数字环境下用户的信息需求、获取信息的方式以及对服务的期望都在发生着变化。在阐述我国数字图书馆资源建设发展现状的基础上，提出了加强我国数字图书馆资源建设的举措。
