| 摘 要： | 根据近年来我国农业保险发展的新动向,提出了一种新的渔业保险模式,并将其定义为"四位一体"新渔业保险模式。同时,针对目前我国渔业保险发展中存在的问题,提出了几种政策性建议,例如推动我国再保险经纪人制度的发展,探索建立大农业大灾专项基金以及大农业信用担保基金等与渔业保险发展相配套的制度机制,以期促进我国农业保险体系的发展和完善。

| Abstract: | According the newdevelopment trend,the article proposed a newfishery insurance mode,definited as newfishery insurance mode four parties involved.Aimed at the problem existed in the national fishery insurance,political suggestions was gaven.Namely,impelling the development of reinsurance manager system,exploring to establish big disaster special fund of modernized agriculture,exploring to establish credit guarantee fund of modernized agriculture which could promote the development and perfection of system fitting fishery insurance.It is desired that the article could be benefit for the improvement of the national fishery insurance system. |
