摘    要:在(25±1)℃条件下,设置静水对照组(C组)、力竭追赶训练1次/d组(E1组)、力竭追赶训练2次/d组(E2组),研究了每日不同训练次数的力竭追赶训练对中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis)(46.84 g±2.50 g,13.73cm±0.22 cm)生长和自由基代谢相关指标的影响,训练周期为21 d。结果显示,中华倒刺鲃体质量特定生长率、肥满度和肝指数均比对照组有极显著降低;中华倒刺鲃肝脏和白肌抗氧化酶对力竭训练产生了一定适应性,但超氧化歧化物酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)对力竭训练的敏感性不同;力竭训练对肝脏和白肌总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)无显著影响;在肝脏和白肌丙二醛(MDA)方面,E2组>C组>E1组;E2组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于对照组和E1组,而3组血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性差异不显著。结果表明,力竭追赶训练对生长具有明显抑制性,并且对中华倒刺鲃脂质过氧化反应有类似"毒物兴奋效应",肝脏和白肌对其表现出不同的抗氧化调节机制。

Abstract:To explore the effects of exhaustive chasing training on growth and the free radical metabolism in liver and white muscle of juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis,the experimental fish were divided into three groups(group C:the control group without chasing training;group E1:exhaustive chasing training once a day;group E2:exhaustive chasing training twice a day) The experiment lasted for 21 days at(25±1) ℃.After the exhaustive chasing training,the body weight specific growth rate,the condition factor and the hepatosomatic index decreased very significantly in experimcntal groups.The exhaustive chasing training induced adaption of the antioxidant enzyme system in the liver and white muscle,while the superoxide dismutase(SOD),the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),and the catalase(CAT) had differentially sensitive in response to the exhaustive chasing training.No significant differences were found in the effects of exhaustive chasing training on the level of the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) either in liver or in white muscle.Fish of E2 group had the highest MDA content,was the second highest control group and E1 group was the last.The exhaustive chasing training had no significant effects on the activity of creatine kinase(CK) in the serum,but it could increase the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in the serum of the group E2.The results showed that the exhaustive chasing training could significantly inhibit the growth of juvenile S.sinensis,the effects of the exhaustive chasing training on the free radical metabolism resembled hormesis,whereas the antioxidant adjustment mechanism in liver and white muscle performed differently in response to the exhaustive chasing training.
