焊接烟尘的影响及控制

焊接是一种比较重要的金属连接工艺,但在焊接过程中会产生大量的烟尘,不仅污染了环境,也会对焊接操作者身体造成伤害,因而解决焊接烟尘成为现代焊接技术发展的关键。文章就焊接烟尘的产生及原因和对环境的危害加以阐述,并在国内外先进控制烟尘技术的基础上提出改造现有焊接烟尘技术的建议。

The welding is a more important metal connection technology,but in the welding process will produce a lot of smoke,that is not only pollutes the environment but also damage to the operator body,therefore solve welding soot become the key to the development of modern welding technology.This paper the generation and welding soot reason and the hazard to the environment of illustrated,and in the domestic and foreign advanced control technology of smoke is proposed on the basis of welding soot transform the existing technical advice.
