广西都安酿酒葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化广西酿酒葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇的提取工艺。方法]采用乙醇回流法、纤维素酶法和超声波法对酿酒葡萄皮渣中的白藜芦醇进行提取,通过正交试验优化白藜芦醇的提取工艺。结果]试验得出,超声波法的白藜芦醇提取率高于乙醇回流法和纤维素酶法。超声波法提取酿酒葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇的最优工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%、料液比1∶15 g/ml、提取温度70℃、提取时间5 min,在此条件下白藜芦醇的提取率达到0.312 5%。结论]研究可为广西都安野生毛葡萄酿酒皮渣的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。

Study on Extraction Technology of Resveratrol from Wine Grape Skin Residue in Du'an, Guangxi

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction technique for resveratrol from wine grape skin residue in Guangxi.Method] The ethanol reflux method,the cellulose enzymatic and ultrasonic method were adopted to extract resveratrol from grape skin residue,the extraction technology of resveratrol was optimized by orthogonal test.Result] The results showed that the extraction rate of ultrasonic was higher than ethanol reflux method and cellulose enzymatic method through experiments.The optimum extraction conditions of ultrasonic method were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 80%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15 g/ml,extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 5 min.Under this condition,the yield could be up to 0.312 5%.Conclusion] The study provides theory basis for the extraction technology of resveratrol from wine grape skin residue in Guangxi and was of certain economic value.
