摘 要: | [目的]探讨无失散的泻下作用机理。[方法]研究无失散对小鼠小肠推进率的影响,并分析其对兔离体空肠的兴奋作用。探讨硫酸阿托品、肾上腺素、硝苯地平对无失散致兔离体空肠兴奋作用的影响。[结果]试验组小鼠灌胃后,提高了小鼠小肠的推进率,与对照组差异极显著(P0.01)。无失散各剂量组对兔离体空肠的最大张力、最小张力、平均张力、收缩频率均有显著提高,与对照组差异极显著(P0.01),且存在量效关系。硫酸阿托品、肾上腺素可拮抗无失散对兔离体空肠的兴奋作用,硝苯地平对无失散对兔离体小肠的兴奋作用无显著影响。[结论]无失散可以提高小鼠小肠的推进率,对兔离体空肠具有兴奋作用,且该兴奋作用可被硫酸阿托品、肾上腺素所拮抗。

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the purgative mechanism of Wushisan.[Method] The influences of Wushisan on the propulsion rate of small intestine in mice were studied and its excitatory effects on the isolated jejunum of rabbit were analyzed.The influences of atropine sulfate,epinephrine and nifedipine on the excitatory effects of the isolated jejunum of rabbit induced by Wushisan were discussed.[Result] After mice were administrated with Wushisan by gastric perfusion,the propulsion rate of small intestine of mice was enhanced,with extremely significant difference with control group(P<0.01).Different dose of Wushisan significantly increased the maximum tension,minimum tension,average tension and contraction frequency,with significant difference with control group(P<0.01)and there was dose-effect relationship.Atropine sulfate and epinephrine could antagonize the excitatory effects on the isolated jejunum of rabbit,while nifedipine had no significant influence on the excitatory effects on the isolated jejunum of rabbit.[Conclusion] Wushisan could increase the propulsion rate of small intestine in mice and have excitatory effects on the isolated jejunum of rabbit.And the excitatory effects could be antagonized by atropine sulfate and epinephrine. |
