芪苓制剂多糖对免疫损伤小鼠免疫调节作用的影响

将75只体重为18-22 g的雄性昆明小鼠随机均分为5组:芪苓制剂多糖低、中、高剂量组及空白对照组和环磷酰胺(CY)组.芪苓制剂多糖的3个剂量组小鼠分别灌服低(200 mg.kg-1)、中(400 mg.kg-1)、高(600 mg.kg-1)剂量的芪苓制剂多糖,空白对照组和CY组分别灌服等量的蒸馏水,每天1次,连续19 d.第20天,空白对照组小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水,其余4组均腹腔注射100 mg.kg-1CY,24 h后,各组小鼠摘眼球采血,检测小鼠血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)含量、补体(C3、C4)含量和溶菌酶活性,并测定胸腺指数和脾脏指数.结果表明:与CY组相比,芪苓制剂多糖高剂量组小鼠血清IgG含量极显著升高(P0.01);芪苓制剂多糖3个剂量组血清IgM、IgA含量均极显著升高(P0.01),C3含量显著或极显著升高(P0.05或P0.01);芪苓制剂多糖中、高剂量组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数显著或极显著升高(P0.05或P0.01).可见,芪苓制剂多糖能在一定程度上对抗CY所致的免疫损伤.

Effects of polysaccharide from Qiling preparation on immune regulation in immunity damaged mice

Effects of polysaccharide from Qiling preparation on immune regulation in immunity damaged mice induced by cyclophosphamide was reported in this paper.75 Kunming male mice with 18-22 g were randomly divided into five groups,the high dose Qiling preparation polysaccharide group,middle dose Qiling preparation polysaccharide group and low dose Qiling preparation polysaccharide group,the control group and the cyclophosphamide(CY) group.The three polysaccharide groups were given with the dose of 200,400 mg·kg-1 and 600 mg·kg-1 to each mouse respectively by gastrogavage one time per day for 19 successive days.And the mice of the rest groups were given the same volume distilled water respectively for 19 days.The control group were injected with saline solution,and the other groups were injected with cyclophosphamide(CY) with a dose of 100 mg·kg-1 in the twentieth day.The mice of each group were killed by excising the eyeballs and blood samples were collected from mice after 24 hours.Then contents of immunoglobulin(IgG,IgM,IgA),contents of complement(C3,C4),activity of lysozyme,thymus index and spleen index of mice were determined.The results showed that the contents of IgG in the high dose polysaccharide group,contents of IgM,IgA and C3 in the three polysaccharide groups,also the thymus index and spleen index in mice of the middle and the high dose polysaccharide groups were significantly increased than those of CY group(P<0.01).It was concluded that polysaccharide from Qiling preparation could antagonize immune damage in mice induced by CY.
