商洛茶叶和产地土壤重金属元素含量及分布特征研究

摘    要:通过对商洛茶叶和土壤重金属元素的测定,为商洛茶叶种植和产业的发展提供必要的参考依据。利用原子吸收测定商洛主要茶区土壤和茶叶中的砷(As)、铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、铬(Cr)的含量、分布特征及变化规律。商洛3大产茶区茶叶和土壤中As、Pb、Cu、Fe、Cr的含量均较低,并且都在相应的质量标准范围内,其中茶叶中As、Pb、Cr的含量与土壤中的含量呈正相关,茶叶中Cu、Fe的含量除了与土壤中的Cu、Fe含量有关外还与加工过程受污染程度有关。商洛地区茶园土壤环境质量总体良好,并未受到重金属污染,茶叶饮用安全。

Abstract:Determination of tea and soil heavy metal elements provided the necessalT reference for the development of tea cultivation and industry in Shangluo. The contents, distribution characteristics and variation of heavy metals such as As, Pb, Cu, Fe, Cr in the tea and soil of tea areas were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents were lower of tea and soil heavy metal elements in three tea producing areas. And the results were conformity with the quality standards. The contents of the As, Ph, Cr in tea and soil were positive correlation. The contents of the Cu and Fe of tea and soil were connected with the pollution. In a word, the soil environmental quality was generally good and was not affected by heavy metal pollution, and the tea was safety.
