青枯菌拮抗菌生物有机肥防控烟草青枯病研究

摘    要:采用青枯菌拮抗菌生物有机肥,并结合深耕、石灰消毒措施,研究该生物有机肥对烟株生育期及青枯病发病情况的影响.结果表明,先施石灰再施生物有机肥不仅有利于烟株的生长,还对青枯病有较好的防控作用,尤其对烟株生长后期青枯病的防控作用最明显;病情指数比只施烟草专业肥低48.2%;深耕再施生物有机肥对青枯病的防控效果次之.

Abstract:The field experiment were conducted to investigate the prevention and control effects of tobacco bacterial wilt with the Ralstonia solanacearum antagonistic bio-organic fertilizer, combined with the measures of deep and lime disinfection. The results showed that, lime and application of the bio-organic fertilizer was not only conducive to the growth of tobacco plants, but also had good effect on prevention and control of bacterial wilt, especially the control effect on bacterial wilt in the late growth stage of tobacco was remarkably, and the disease index was lower than that of only using the tobacco specialty fertilzer 48.2%. The control effects on tobacco bacterial wilt with deep and the bio-organic fertilizer took second place.
