摘    要:通过试验研究大田生产条件下,烟草在不同时期采收对烤烟香气物质及前体物产生的影响。结果表明:成熟时采收的烟叶内部多酚类化合物与石油醚提取物含量,相较于欠熟、过熟烟叶的含量,其差异达到了显著水平,而欠熟烟叶与过熟烟叶的含量差异也达到极显著水平;成熟烟叶烤后内在香气物质及前体物比欠熟和过熟烟叶的更协调。该研究结果有助于人们正确判断烤烟质量,同时也对成熟采收提供一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The tobacco harvested at different times in large fields production conditions, would have some impact to the flue-cured tobacco aroma substances and precursors. This article explored the relationship among different harvesting and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco aroma substances and precursors through experiments and results of determination. The difference of polyphenols compounds and petroleum ether extract content inside the harvesting tobacco, compared to the content of owe cooked, cooked tobacco reached a significant level, and the content difference of the ripe tobacco and overripe tobacco also reached extremely significant level. The aroma substances and precursors were more coordinated in cured mature tobacco than the less ripe or overripe tobacco. The results could help people judge the quality of flue-cured tobacco correctly, and could provide some guidance to harvest maturity at the same time.
