北京市顺义区推进新型城镇化的经验与启示

北京市顺义区通过科学规划、创新思路，以工业化带动、城市化引领为方针，统筹城乡一体化，促进产业、人口、土地、环境协调发展，在推进新型城镇化方面，做了很多有益的探索，取得了卓有成效的经验，具有借鉴意义。本文研究了顺义区推进新型城镇化的主要做法，提出城镇化发展过程中要注重以人为本、产业先行，科学制定发展规划，资源有效利用，生态环境治理，民生改善以及城乡统筹发展的观点。

Experience and Enlightenment on Promoting New Urbanization in Beijing Shunyi District

Beijing Shunyi District, adhere to the scientific planning, innovative ideas, co-ordinating urban and rural development, and the measures they have taken to effectively promote the industry, population, land, and environmental development. Beijing Shunyi District gained valuable experience about new urbanization, which has a reference to other cities.This paper studies the main practice model in promoting urbanization in Shunyi District, and in the urbanization process we need to focus on people-oriented and industry leading, scientific development planning, efficient use of resources, ecological environment, improving people＇s livelihood and urban- rural coordinating development.
