摘    要:采用根癌农杆菌介导的瞬时表达方法,以马铃薯块茎为主要的研究材料,分别采用浸染法和注射法将外源基因导入马铃薯块茎细胞中,然后进行GUS组织化学染色.试验结果表明,导入马铃薯块茎细胞里的外源基因获得了表达;浸染法的表达区域更加均匀,优于注射法.

Abstract:Agrobacterium tumefaciens as the transient expression agent and potato tubers were made use of the research materials. Impregnation method and injection method were used to introduce foreign gene into potato tuber cells.The GUS transient staining analysis indicated that the foreign gene was transplanted into the potato tuber cells successfully. And the impregnation method was better than the injection method.
