灰关联熵分析法在芝麻品种选育中的应用研究

摘    要:运用灰色系统理论中的灰关联熵分析方法,2012年对山西省农科院芝麻课题18个后代材料的单株产量与千粒重、株高、腿高等9个农艺性状进行灰关联熵分析。结果表明,芝麻单株产量与9个农艺性状的熵关联度为:千粒重0.994083104、单株蒴数0.989996079、株高0.988820576、每蒴粒数0.988162488、果轴长0.988118165、病株率0.987747396、蒴长0.98729835、腿高0.986958264、黄稍长0.984676022;熵关联序为:千粒重>单株蒴数>株高>每蒴粒数>果轴长>病株率>蒴长>腿高>黄稍长,并以此确定了18个后代材料中的K1,K3,K12具有较好的高产潜力,得出今后芝麻品种培育时的选育和筛选方向。

Abstract:In order to choose the sesame offspring material that had a good yield potential, the grey relation entropy analysis method of grey system theory was used to analyze 18 generations material of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences' sesame subject about the relation between their yield per plant and agronomic traits. The results showed that the entropy correlation between sesame yield and 9 agronomic traits were as follows: 0.994083104 with thousand seed weight, 0.989996079 with capsules per plant, 0.988820576 with plant height, 0.988162488 with seeds per capsule, 0.988118165 with capsule axis length, 0.987747396 with incidence rate, 0.98729835 with capsule length, 0.986958264 with legs higher, 0.984676022 with length of unfertile tip; Entropy correlation sequence was thousand seed weight 〉 capsules per plant 〉 plant height 〉 seeds per capsule 〉 capsule axis length 〉 incidence rate 〉 capsule length 〉 legs higher 〉 length of unfertile tip. And to determine the K,, K3 and K12 of 18 generations material had good yield potential and to conclude the direction of breeding and selection on sesame variety breeding in the future.
