摘    要:多种病原体能够侵害宿主细胞并从宿主的机体免疫系统的防御下得以逃逸。在宿主细胞中,病原体利用一些复杂的方法和途径避免了细胞对入侵者强有力的攻击。近年来的研究表明,自噬作用是细胞内宿主细胞杀灭入侵病原微生物的防御结构中最显著的工具之一,有些病原体却可以在分子水平阻滞这种自噬通路而使持续感染成为可能。宿主抗病毒反应中自噬作用与先天免疫和获得性免疫之间,以及病毒与自噬作用之间存在着复杂的相互关系,这些关系主导了自噬作用和病原菌之间的相互作用。
