玉米Stock6诱导单倍体研究进展

摘    要:单倍体运用于育种,可以缩短育种进程,节约成本,提高育种效率,而玉米育种中利用Stock 6诱导单倍体是目前运用最广泛的途径.文章对玉米Stock 6诱导单倍体的过程、单倍体的鉴定、加倍方法和玉米单倍体在育种中的意义和应用进行了综述,并就玉米单倍体育种中存在的问题和发展趋势进行了讨论.

Abstract:Haploid breeding shortens the breeding process, reduces costs and improves the breeding efficiency. In vivo haploid induction by Stock6 was widely used by most breeders with its high effectivity, simple operation and inexpensiveness in maize (Zea mays L. ). In this paper, the haploid production process, the methods of the haploid identification and chromosome doubling were summarized. Finally, some problems on haploid breeding, and the latest trend in maize haploid breeding were discussed.
