莲籽穿芯部件的设计及相关参数的试验分析

摘    要:
在模仿人工进行莲籽穿芯的基础上,对莲籽穿芯脱壳样机的穿芯部件进行了改进设计;进而对莲籽穿芯过程中,作用在莲籽表面的夹紧力、穿芯刀具的转速和进给速度的参数进行了试验分析;通过应用3因素3水平的正交试验方法,确定了3因素的最佳组合。

Abstract:
On the basis of procedure of artificial core-perforating of lotus seeds,an improvement design on the shelling sample equipment of core-perforating subassembly was carried out.The squeezed-power on surfaces of lotus seeds,the speed of core-perforated cutting tools and the moving speed were tested and analyzed,and their best combination were determined by utilizing the orthogonal experiment method of three factors and three standards.
